Scheduled start dates are approximate and may change due to weather conditions, previous project delays, or unforeseen circumstances. We always aim to communicate changes as early as possible.
Payments and Invoicing

Merci Landscaping reserves the right to charge interest on overdue amounts as permitted by law. Any costs incurred in recovering unpaid balances may also be charged to the client.

A client who wants to cancel or reschedule a service must provide reasonable notice. Cancellations made at short notice may result in a cancellation fee, especially if materials have already been ordered or labor has been scheduled.
Merci Landscaping reserves the right to change service schedules due to weather conditions and safety issues and events that are not under our control. In such cases, we will work with the client to arrange a suitable alternative date.

Materials, Plants, and Natural Variations
Landscaping encompasses natural materials, that is, plant, soil, stone, and wood. The color, texture, growth and appearance may be varied and should be expected. The health of plants requires the environment, watering, and ongoing maintenance post installation.
Merci Landscaping will not be able to determine the life and performance of the plants once they are subjected to the nature and pests or misuse. Warranties offered will be explicitly indicated in writing and are restricted to the terms offered.
